2nd ANNUAL MANAYUNK BREW FEST
The 2nd Annual Manayunk Brew Fest at the Cactus Cantina is Sunday, September 5th from 2-5 pm. This year’s event is sponsored by Samuel Adams Brewery and will feature an unlimited sampling of 15 different Sam Adams products; including their delicious line of flavored Twisted Teas.
Cactus will also provide a food pairing to go along with each flavor of beer that creates a harmony in its flavors and enhances the taste. The right beer choice can round strong flavors, add crispness to delicate flavors, or combine and deepen like flavors in a dish. Come share a great opportunity to experiment with your selections by comparing and contrasting characteristics for new flavor combinations.
At this event, you’ll have the added bonus of giving your input into have Sam Adams brews! This is a throwdown of two never-before-tasted Samuel Adams brews, up for vote to be the next Samuel Adams seasonal. This year pits an American Rye Ale against a Belgian Style IPA. Last year's winner, Noble Pils, was a huge hit!
